On February 23, 2023 Scottsdale Mint CEO Josh Phair testified before Wyoming House Committee in favor of the proposed bill SF101.
The bill would allow for mining companies in the state to pay their tax bills using Gold and Silver legal tender specie. It also would allow the state of Wyoming to keep Gold and Silver legal tender specie on its balance sheets.
